The service
RaceDecoded provides personalised analytics reports for endurance athletes. Reports include athlete archetype analysis, split percentiles, and performance insights.
Purchases
- All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions.
- Reports are delivered by email within minutes of payment.
- Refunds are not available once a report has been generated and delivered.
Acceptable use
Reports are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use RaceDecoded data for commercial purposes without written permission.
Prohibited activities
You may not, without our prior written consent:
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access, extract, or copy any content, data, or reports from RaceDecoded.
- Reproduce, replicate, or create derivative products or services based on RaceDecoded's platform, methodology, or compiled data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the service.
- Use any data obtained from RaceDecoded to build a competing product or service.
Intellectual property
All content on RaceDecoded — including the platform design, report format, compiled race data, AI-generated narratives, and analytics methodology — is the intellectual property of RaceDecoded. Our compiled datasets constitute original works protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction or use of any part of this platform or its outputs is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
RaceDecoded is provided "as is." We are not liable for any decisions made based on report content, including training decisions.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
